Wine tasting in Troodos:

is full of local wineries, where free wine tasting is offered along with
free samples of local Cyprus cuisine delicacies (such as "halloumi", "lountza",
"tsamarella" and other dairy products or delicatessen). The nearby
villages of Vasa, Omodos, Pelendri and many others offer many different
kinds of wines of exceptional quality which are exported all over Europe
and are known for their distinctive taste, aroma and clarity. Also
available are wine museums, showing the history of wine in Cyprus and
